Great video 😍👍🏽, thank you so much . Quick question when I tried it out I felt a lot of pressure on my hip when I tried rolling out of arabisc, I think I might have slightly injured my hip. How can I avoid that kind of pressure in the future. Is it only by lifting my hips slightly as I’m about to roll out of it ? Or are there maybe some strengthening exercises that I might be able to do for my hips. Like the exercises you showed for shoulder stability. Thank you.
