@anees_burki the early mujtahid Imams used different qawaid to latter Imams. Fir the ahnaf mursalaat of fuquha amongst the tabioon were weightl vs the transmission of a mulritude of athar of non fuquha. The fiqaha would only deal with evidence based narrations. It's also why the ahnaf will accept ibn Mas'ud as hujjah over 1000 non fuquha sahaba

Alhumdulillah I was guided to the Islam of the prophet and his companions. These hanafi’s are so far from traditional Islam. I haven’t been happy since I left hanafiyyah.
