I like Owens Corning 703 personally but anything in that realm works!

​@AdamSliger certainly ! I find rock wool to be less dusty and irritating to work with or when being handled/moved around. Also more dense, which is more effective for bass traps with less depth required.

​@@freqhandy What brand and classification of rockwool? Corning 703/705 is almost universally more dense in pounds per foot than rockwool while also being more expensive. I'd like to know what you're using, because if I can get more density per square foot at a cheaper price I'd be all over that. I use both fiberglass and rockwool in all of my studio builds, but if you have a better option I'd be super open to using it.
