Call me crazy, but I think there are parts of the song that sound like the love child of Ko Ko Bop and Monster. I've only heard a few EXO songs, but I got that vibe a few times in the song. Not complaining though, I still like the song.

Very interesting to hear you say that it's similar to Monster, because fans definitely noticed and it is on purpose we think. Exo has a storyline in every video that connect to each other, and I think this is like a prequel to monster, before they were caught by the police (in monster they were caught and fought to escape them). Liked your shout out to the RTTK! It's good to hear non techie descriptions about sound. Kinda like me explaining to a mechanic the noise my car is making, except you know what you're talking about. Nice catch about the Monster similarities in sound and shoot. I noticed it in the choreo but I missed the shot of him looking back in the crowd until you gave the side by side! I listen music an entirely different way thanks to you. I love BTS and EXO... but YOU MUST check out DAY6! They are not you’re typical kpop band. They write, play their own instruments, sometimes rap, and they have VOCALS! And I wouldn’t even categorize them as kpop.... more like an alternative rock band, that so happens to sing in Korean. Side note: they have a few English versions of their own songs. REACT TO DAY6!
