I grew up in the neighboring town form her. She is amazing, she describes what living life in East Texas so well. She is explaining how many people from here, grew and settled in the town just like their parents and grandparents before them.

The internet without a doubt has a lot of influence in our lives and our outlook, BUT my grandparents, neither set were happy. One set weren’t faithful. Times were darker back then than we give them credit for. It was just better hidden.

Clotey if you know how to use an Excel spreadsheet, you could keep track of everything super simple. 1 column for the artist, 1 column for the title & you could even have a column for the date it was requested if you wanted to, as well. 1 column to mark if you've watched it yet & you could even have a column for notes like yes, we liked it or not , pretty, funny or loved the voice etc. But this way when you wanted to look up an artist for example, you'd click on the top of the column to alphabetize them & you could find what you wanted with one click. Same for the title or any of the columns.

In those days a man could work and buy a house, car, and raise five kids on his pay. Mom stayed at home and raised the kids not the school and video games. I think we need to get back to those simpler times. This country was so much better when we had strong morals, values, and respect for each other and respect for human life. It's heartbreaking seeing what the internet has done to the world. It brews so much hate.

I really miss those days before the internet and when we were kids we'd go out and play wherever we wanted to! Now, these days, moms don't let their kids go out and play.. kids are hooked on video games and TV
