Its there leader Sejun who arrange the song for them to harmonize. He distributes it among themselves to who's who according to their voice range, and also he writes their song. Sejun is the one wearing lavandeer sweater, and the choreography is done by Stell the one wearing a jumpsuit.

I recently just found you channel through this group, I've been an A'TIN or AURUM (Old Fandom Name Created by Fans) since the Tilaluha era of SB19 and I just wanna say thank you for reacting to them. As for more info; Sejun the leader is the main lyricist of the song but the other members help as well, he arranges the songs making sure everyone has their own parts. Stell their main vocalist is the one who creates their choreography with the help of the other members, taking ideas from them and arranging the ideas where he thinks would suit them. You can check those or their ballads like Tilaluha & Hanggang Sa Huli. When you mentioned that they make sure each one of them shine, I specifically thought of their Bakit Ba Ikaw cover (by Michael Pangilinan) in Myx Live video.
