Sonic is folding his arms, and only using movements that are necessary such as swaying his hand just to parry. All being clear cut signs of sonic holding back.

That final blow is one of the most badass things Sonic has ever done. He knew the risks of going all out with his new Cyber form, yet he still poured absolutely everything he could into that final attack to guarantee he would anhilliate The End before it was too late. Though I do wish he showed more signs of injury or something after the battle as him just walking it off like nothing happened kinda ruins the impact of what I just said (to be fair I don't think the Master King ever said the Cyber form would harm Sonic, just leave him, but he did seem to be struggling to channel the power and it leaving him shouldn't matter if he was going for the kill).

Not only did the devs made the fan made cyber sonic canon but they also added a Shitload of easter eggs and references Super sonic 2: name is a homage to ssj2 and is Sonic's version of ui(grand slam animation, sharp gaze, silent demeanor and double aura/outline with sparks and particles) Super sonic cyber: Dark Sonic's colors, Fleetway Sonic's appearance, mui silver eyes and hyper Sonic's power (it was supposed to be hyper Sonic at first but they scrapped it off and replaced it with cyber sonic instead) Easily one of the most hype things I've seen in a game.
