You can get that effect of almost sounding like two vocals a few ways. One with the tongue, one breathing through the nose at the same time, and also by layering.

Alex has some amazing vocals. I remember hearing his voice for the first time in 2017 and I’m still awestruck by it at times. His music doesn’t get old and I can’t pick favorites and it almost feels wrong to not listen to slaughter to prevail at least every couple of days.

If you check out Alex Terrible's (the singer) KZbin channel, you'll see that the only digital manipulation he does is layering. The highs, the lows, and the sound scraped from the bottom of the deepest pits of Hell are all him. Definitely check out their song Demolisher.

The vocals are double (and triple) tracked but it is all him. Alex Terrible singing both the high and the lows. The combination of the two always sounds crazy. Check out his KZbin channel for some fun videos to react to.

There is one band the I am listening to more than Slaughter to Prevail or Jinjer right now. That band is Tallah. They are a newcomer that is blowing up and likely has a bright future.
