Dude is absoulte Chad. Dropped one hour music theory lesson for free then went on vacation in Columbia, being well aware that we would go over this and would be doing harakiris and not nagging for new contet until we got over theory. Together with pateron stuff, this is gold for any guitar player

Guys here is my story(long) and also how music is helping me with my mental health: I played acoustic off and on for 2 years (know the basics and some solo stuff), then left as i found it hard to play only to know that there is a thing called "high action" this year. I play harmonica but always wanted to learn electric guitar. After buying a cheap electric guitar (7500 Indian rupees), i came to know about things like high action low action ,checked my acoustic and realised high action was the reason it became so difficult to play.I fixed my acoustic and now i am dedicating 3-4 hours in learning /practising guitar . To be honest now i realise beginners should start with electric as it is easier on the hands .(and sound awesome even on a cheap one) How learning the electric guitar has benefited me: I was dealing with severe anxiety disorders, panic attacks and living a fucked up life after i left my job to prepare for government jobs in India. I had a very bad breakup which messed me up and was wasting my time doing absolutely nothing. Moreover i started using meds. One day i thought of buying one and went for it with whatever i had. And now in 1 month: I have lost 2 kilos, have negligible anxiety , few to no panic attacks, out of depression ( no meds now) and i am studying more and i am extremely happy and busy!!. This is the power of music !! One thing falls in place everything will fall in place. And I thank Marty and BERNTH for this!!! Love from India ❤❤❤❤🤟🏾

Your knowledge of music is impressive. You present a very disciplined skill set for lead playing. The late great Shane Gibson was my instructor when I was working at CARVIN Hollywood in 2006. He is the only other person I have seen illustrate music the way you do. Definitely following you and wishing you well in your career.

Hey Bernth! Sometimes I feel like I'm struggling with guitar progress because of the workouts I make. My wrists are sometimes very stiff, and I feel like they can't physically move on the level I want them to. Is this just an illusion I making myself and I just need to practice a bit more patiently, or can you recommend some exercise that I can do to make it better? Either some picking technique, stretching, or any life hack will do. Thanks!
