RBHS is a wonderful SCSBOA parade band with strong music, showmanship, and marching. It is always a pleasure to witness and appreciate any performance of this fine musical organization. My congrats to the students, staff, and band director.

Very very very few marching bands can sound great as they march by and march away. This is a test of true finesse when this occurs. Well folks, here it is - superbly done!!

AlwaysXanadu It’s said that whenever anyone performs this march, the judges are just waiting for the trumpet section following the trio in order to really adjudicate. I’m sure there was no need to, in RB’s case.

WOW!.........................................i'm just wondering what the judge was writing down other than utter brilliance... question is why there is only one snare playing? i understand one bass, just so it's not all bgggglump sounding. but the sound is just not only a wall but a full mansion of perfection.

From the standpoint of utterly-predictable excellence in a band numbering between 90 and 99 almost every year I can recall, NO school is within a length of Rancho Bernardo, which seems to be in a class all by itself. Something of a "Pocket Arcadia In Purple" RB is one of the consistent "Great Ones" of the SCSBOA Parade Bands for sure and certain! Enjoy the Royal Regiment - I promise you I certainly do!
