12:59 "There was never any magic! Only conjuring tricks. The simplest involved paying people off, like the prison guard who pretended to be possessed outside your cell; your reputation and the inmates fear did the rest. Others required more elaborate preparations, such as the sandstone slab that covered your tomb. You had it broken before your burial, then put back together using a mild adhesive. An old Egyptian recipe I believe; a mixture of eggs and honey, designed to be washed away by the rain."

This music, in my opinion, is great for whenever I'm drawing my villainous, steampunk, British character for the series (honestly, no idea of what kind. Considering book, comic book, cartoon, and most recently video game since I'm attending college for game design) that I want to make. Gets me in the mood to draw his sinister expressions and Victorian Britishliness.. lol

Somehow I think this would match perfectly to The Killing Joke. Batman fighting the Joker up until 14:20, where Batman offers Joker his help in rehabilitation, and Joker declines. Joker tells the joke about the two guys in a lunatic asylum at 14:35, and they laugh up until like 15:44, which is where Batman grabs Joker's shoulders and we pan down.

Why should I? Because I say the truth? I am right. Hans AND Lorne composed this score, but obviously (look @TheInvisibleComment) nobody knows it and Hans gets all the credit. By the way, I don't blame you TheInvisibleComment, it's really hard to find.

I didn't say that Hans wrote nothing. My point is, that he doesn't write the scores alone. And this is a fact. It's the note 'Additional Music by Klausmin Örvarbalfe and usual suspects' telling you I'm right. Plus, there is an interview with Rupert Gregson-Williams about 'The Prince of Egypt' where he says, that Hans wrote the themes, but Rupert wrote the music for some scenes (e.g. the killing of the firstborns). Now I ask myself, which scenes of other movies (like Holmes) scored Hans or not
@goth_fraggle11 жыл бұрын
Nope, I don't. Please define 'additional music'...there is a one-hour-album and we don't know how wrote what. It's worse with Pirates 3, there are at least 6 guys who wrote 'additional music'
@goth_fraggle11 жыл бұрын
yeah, sorry, that's because I commented a long time ago, complaining about Zimmer's RC-studio. And then millions of people started commenting on that, so I wanted do defend my point...and when I am on this video again, I sometimes see new comments, like that one, whrer somebody just asks what scene it is...and why not being nice and telling him, what he wants to know ;)
@ChocolateAndGuitar11 жыл бұрын
You base your accusation on plump assumptions. Balfe wrote the additional music and cooperated with Hans. He has no business in taking credit for what Hans has written.

The theme for Blackwood plays at least twice on the first movie. It first plays before the American guy dies from bursting in flames as Blackwood is sharing his plans to take over the world with magic. The second is when he appears in Parliament. It is a slow and haunting strings cue @ around 5:59 to 6:40 .
