Her beautiful veena play outlines and leads us to imagine how great those "Pancharatna Krutis"...Saint Thyagara & others sang with utmost devotion in those days and inculcated the 'bhakti'. There is nothing permanent in this world, but the link/tradition set by Saint Thyagaraja as also Shri Shyama Sastri & Sri Muthuswamy Dikshidar & many other contemporaries is live and remain as a permanent feature today and many "Vidwans and Vidwamsinis" today stand as evidence of that link by their wonderful singing and keeping up the tradition.
