I have always been a fan of Mariah Carey since my childhood. My mother and I would listen to her albums and sing together. I admit to being critical of those who say that they can sing like Mariah, but Morissette is clearly a gifted singer and achieves the whistles notes without straining her voice. Si jamais elle débarque aux States, ce serait génial qu'elle vienne chanter dans le Maryland!

This kind of performance is rarely done nowadays! The main reason is that, its a very very hard act to pull.... Firstly, its live and we all know how hard it is to perform live in front of thousand, in a foreign country (cold country which often affects ones voice). Secondly, the songs she sang are very hard songs to sing! Songs that require vocal prowess, control, runs, switching from chest to head tones, etc...(and those insane whistles). Lastly, like ovela said, she did it all by herself without any backup dancers, singers or orchestra even! Famous artists nowadays almost always have backup dancers, singers when doing this kind of performances to cover those little things (flats, SOB, etc) and some even have backup tracks for those insane notes that would be extremely risky to do live like whistle notes or something. That's why Im very grateful to Morissette Amon for giving such a wonderful performance coz honestly..... you don't or you seldom see acts like this anymore.

Dont be absurd by what you've seen in the video..those people behind Moris,most of them were reporters and some are fansitenims thats why they're all busy with their fones,probably reporting about the events..the crowds on the other side were actually enjoying the perf.of Moris. Some even dancing with her..if you all did'nt notice those lightsticks swaying and dancing,those belong to EXO and they just turn that on only for EXO!! and if they did'nt like Moris perf.then its easy for them to turn that off which is more rude and disrespectful!! The reason why the organizers invited EXO becoz they know that EXO and EXOLs alone can fill up the stadium..EXO was invited for five consecutive years in this event..know why? coz they are "the most famous in Korea" those fans paid so much for the ticket struggle for waving their lightsticks every guest performances and most importantly gave a big amount of donation to charity and still get bashed and insulted!!! gusto nio magtungayaw din sila kagaya ng sa EXO? e di sana pinakanta nio kay Moris eh Monster o Power O Cocobop!!!
