Haha you’re so funny 😂 I love your videos, I hope you’re hanging in there w/ your quarantine. Yeah BTOB has been in the kpop industry for 10 yrs & are known to be iconic vocalists/overall artists. Meanwhile Stray Kids have been around about like 3.5 yrs. It’s endearing how much they look up to BTOB as role models. Through Kingdom, Stray Kids were actually able to gain more knowledge and basically polish their skills thanks to BTOB bc of their experience. You know if you’re ever bored during your quarantine, I’d recommend maybe watching Kingdom 🤷🏻‍♀️ you’ll get to see how goofy Stray Kids and BTOB are in general behind the scenes. There's no going back. Once you've listened to one of their songs, you'll end up want more. I can guarantee you'll never get bored. They are known for their ballad due to their amazing vocals (7 singers and 7 rappers), but they are so versatile they would go and try different genres. And yet kill em all and create BTOB's genre.

They had a vocal performance which was so worth to watch. And they had a rap line, including 3racha(chan,changbin,han),minhyuk from btob and hongjoong from ateez. And another Unit was a dance unit. They were 3 groups opponent in front of other groups, they totally were 6 groups in the kingdom series.

Mayfly is a collab team between Stray Kids, BTOB and another kpop group called Ateez. There's 3 performances total - one vocal (Love Poem), one dance (Wolf) and one rap (Playing with Paint/Colors).

In one of the live performances they raise the key in the rap vs vocal battle of the song, they are just CRAZY GOOD. BTOB's fandom is called Melody! BTOB stands for Born to Beat, since every Beat needs a Melody to make music. That's why we are called Melody :). BTOB - legendary group, loved by many, not just for the great music and great live performances, but also for them not caring about their idol-image in variety shows. They are genuine, TALENTED and goofy. They are known for their ballads but they do literally any genre of music. To get to know about them I suggest you to watch a helpful guide of BTOB by Ilhoon squad. Also they just had a comeback with "Outsider", it's such a bop. The whole album, 4U:OUTSIDE is sooo good.

Btw, what I know about this mv is that it's about a war and the red haired guy is a spy who thought he had something special with the girl but then she sold him out in the end. BTOB is originally a 7 member group but 1 had to leave in 2020 so now they're just 6. EUNKWANG is the leader, the eldest, a musical actor, main vocalist and 1 of the best vocals in Kpop. MINHYUK is the red haired rapper, also a vocalist and an actor and dancer too. CHANGSUB is a lead vocalist, musical actor too and can play instruments. HYUNSIK is the father and composer of most of BTOB songs, has wide range of vocals and plays instruments too. PENIEL is Korean-American, born and raised in Chicago, dancer, rapper, photographer and sometimes director of their mvs. ILHOON is the one who had to leave the group. He is a very good rapper, composer of their songs too and producer of other groups. SUNGJAE is the youngest, tallest, has low to high voice, actor and commercial model. All of them can sing, rap and dance well. They always perform LIVE and can't lip sync. They were asked to try once but ended as a total mess.😁 They are all funny, dorky but serious when it comes to music. Hope you'd end up being a MELODY.😊

As it was said BTOB is a genre, a BTOB color. BTOB tried different genre, to name a few like pop, pop x rnb, mombhaton, retro funky, neo-funk, upbeat, ballad, a cross of rock and other genre, a fusion or hophop and other genre. BTOB explore their music since each member have different genre preference to. During their younger kpop years they're so into the kpop style music, upbeat, dark and dancy music. But on 2015 they shifted into ballad and have the ballad trilogy (It's Okay, Way Back Home, Remember That). That made them gained popularity and acknowledgement by the Korean general public. 2015 was also the year BTOB started to produce their own music, slowly. In 2016, I'll be your man was their first not so ballad song and was produce and compose by the member named Hyunsik. Btw one of the reason why the setting was religious because the title of the song in korean is 기도 read as Kido which meant 'Pray'. It has two title names and I'll be your man is for English title. Anw, everytime they released an album, it's not only ballad so i suggest that side tracks are a must to listen. When you said that their like the backstreet boys, i can relate but not only that, they're like the Boys || Men (BTOB BLUE --- the vocal unit of the group), westlife, savage garden or the 90s west band mixed. About SKZ I'll be your man i think that's my favorite cover (and mixnine It's Okay versions and the Road to Kingdom It's Okay version). Not everyone in kpop cover BTOB's song bc according to them it's hard and the notes are super high. Melody appreciate it so much to idols who have the guts to cover BTOB's songs fully on shows. I love BTOB and love your reactions as well! Their vocals are just the best that I've heard in kpop. Can you react to Mayfly's version of Love Poem? They have these unit stages in Kingdom and Mayfly is a unit group which consists of members from Stray Kids, BTOB and ATEEZ. They performed Love Poem for the vocal stage. Seungmin and Eunkwang from BTOB and the main vocalist of ATEEZ performed this. Eunkwang did the arrangement & really helped the juniors for the vocal parts. In my opinion, Love Poem is one of the legendary stages in Kingdom.

Skz did really great with IBYM performance too. Made it darker. BTOB isknown as vocal kings in Korea. That song was composed by their member, Hyunsik ( the blond guy) and this song one if my favorites. They made a lot of songs too. Those piece thay sang on Kingdom were written and composed by the members. It would be lovely if you react to them more. We're Melody! Thank you for reacting to BTOB, a nearly 10-year-old group who are perhaps best known for their vocal prowess and balladry-two members, Hyunsik and Minhyuk, typically produce their music (title tracks and B-sides) whereas the other members have participated in composition and production as well (on their respective solo albums, for instance)! BTOB for me aren’t Idols. They are artists and musicians. My god I don’t even know where to start. Even their solo albums are sick. Check out Dear Love by Lim Hyunsik, he’s the composer of most of their BTOB songs, he’s musically skilled like no other. I have to say BTOB is on another league. Their vocal line is a powerhouse. You really cant pick a main vocal because each of them are amazing in their own way. Plus, they all play musical instruments, even multiple instruments. They are sooo freaking underrated Internationally and it’s upsetting. Okay Imma stop now before I hurt myself hahaha
