Elvis was so beautiful in so many ways. All he want you to do with perform for his fans he loved doing that even throughout the hardships he had with his health issues he loved performing. He was an amazing big hearted, fantastic person that will never be forgotten his voice was almost like angels, and then it moved you when you heard him. "My Way" is a song popularized in 1969 by Frank Sinatra set to the music of the French song "Comme d'habitude" composed and written by French songwriters Claude François and Jacques Revaux, performed in 1967 by Claude François. Most songs he interpreted became in many ways autobiographical. He's the equivalent of the finest actor, bringing soul, life, and emotion to every performance. Elvis didn't need to write songs, although he could have since he wrote poetry. Most great actors don't write the scripts they perform and no one raises criticism over that. Linda Ronstadt, for one, is primarily a song interpreter, too, dnd she's praised. Elvis is put down. I don't get it al all, except that Elvis breeds jealously and envy in people. I love watching you watch and listen.

While Elvis delivered his songs in his own special way from the soft tender songs of Gospel, Blues or Jazz to his Rock -n- Roll or Pop, he pronounced his words so very profound. Unlike what you hear from the singers today, that's why I listen to older star. Thank you for taking the time to learn how great Elvis was.I am glad I grew up in his time. He will always be missed.

This is a beautiful song that he performed from the heart ❤ as he did with all his songs. It always makes me a little sad at the same time though, and the sweat on his face almost appears as though he was crying. I've heard Frank Sinatra s versiom, but I like Elvis" better. And yes Elvis looked so good here and his vibrato is outstanding as usual. Miss all the beautiful songs he never got to sing. The bass from the bassline and Elvis's own voice is the main reason that I prefer this "My way" version than the original. Plus I feel like this song summarizes Elvis's humble beginnings, to his rise to fame, and eventually to his untimely ending.

And he did do it his way from the beginning when he was first heard on the radio and they didn’t know if it was a black man or white man until he mentioned what high school he went to, only because of segregation they then knew he was white. Politician's tried to ban him, churches thought he was evil, everyone that tried to stop him. He did do it his way because he didn’t think he was doing anything wrong. He is truly the GOAT and always will be. His gift was truly sent by God… no professional training.
