The wish bus performance is just like a live reproduction of their recorded track, while the TM pusuan performance was more emotional since the boys have more independence and control now over their performances.

Filipinos don't lip sync especially when they are singers they have to do the second voice on live too. 😉 Unlike kpop (no offense I'm kpop stan too) they don't usually sing all in live they have backup vocals. (But WINNER and MAMAMOO are kpop groups who preferred singing live)
