The Chinese show "I Am Singer" 2017 is the performance where he became a Superstar overnight, and he woke up the next morning with bodyguards. The story about that is funny. I recommend watching that performance also. It was a competition of established singers, and Dimash was invited. This performance, "Dimash Digital Show" was a few years later. Dimash gave it for his fans during the pandemic. ❤

You are just scratching the surface with Dimash. When a person has a 6-7 octave range and can sing in almost every genre out there, you could react to many songs and STILL not realize all the facets of Dimash's incredible instrument. The man has been developing the voice that God gave him every day since he was 5 years old. Most of his songs are stunning masterpieces. To the extent they're not, it's because he's still developing language skills though his English has gotten much better.

As others have said, he began training at the age of 5, has songs in 16 languages, is a multi-instrumentalist, has a 7+ octave range, and sings in almost all genres. He is a humble, charitable, spiritual man with fan clubs in over 150 countries. His catalog is vast and varied. Anything you choose will be amazing. Enjoy the ride!

This is not the Chinese show I’m a Singer. This is his own Digital Show in 2021 during the pandemic. He gave us a complete show with more than 20 songs and SOS was one of them. I hope you continue checking his catalog. My suggestions are, Sinful Passion, Olimpico with Igor Krutoy, Know, Stranger, Ikanaide Tokyo Jazz Festival and Omir life with his brother Mansur. Oh yes, Dimash can pretty much do any genre he wants and often does a few in one song. Best rabbit hole you can go into to. I found Dimash in 2017 and I listen to him every single day. Check out his latest MV, When I've Got You. Not sure who Glen Hughes is, but yeah, Dimash is the same. He may do full opera such as his recent duet with Placido Domingo, or check out his latest MV which is more like a mini movie called When I've Got You, where he is doing more of a blues R and B , rock vibe and in English. The picture you said does not look like him with the long hair is in fact him playing a vampire. Tomorrow he may rap. There is not box for Dimash.

Believe it or not you've only seen the very tip of an enormous iceberg. Not only do most music experts world-wide recognize Dimash as probably the greatest all-around singer/performer ever. But he is by far the most musically diverse. We're not just talking about opera, rock, pop rap, r&b. We're talking about Ukrainian folk, Chinese opera, the list is endless. He also sings in baritone, tenor, contralto, and soprano ranges, he even has a whistle register higher than Moriah Carey. You basically have 2 choices, either start reacting back in 2017 at the Chinese show "Singer" and gradually come up to date. Or you just randomly pick any performance that takes your fancy. Keep in mind Dimash continuously changes musical styles so no 2 performance are the same.

From what I have read and understand, is that the only reason he came in second in the Chinese show " I Am a Singer" was due to the fact he was a foreigner. Apparently, only those of Chinese citizenship can take first place in any Chinese competition. I am sure that this was explained to Dimash when he was invited as a "Wild Card" to the compitision. At least I hope it was. Dimash has recieved the honorary title from many experts and critics as the "Best Singer of Our Time" while others say, he is the "Best Singer Ever to Exist.

Actually, it was explained somewhere that there wasn't an explicit ban for foreigners to take first place, but the fact that the first position in that competition included between the prices to act as a sort of cultural Ambassador representing China around the world for a year, is what prevented a non Chinese to take that position.

This performance was not from I Am a Singer in China which was back in 2017. This is his own solo digital concert in 2021 that he put on for his fans because he could not hold concerts in person due to the pandemic. He performed 18 songs and is sweating because he had performed two songs prior to this one, one of which was his own original pop composition where he did a lot of dancing. Thanks for checking out DImash and the reaction, but as the saying goes, you ain't seen nothing yet. He sings in many different registers, genres, styles, and languages. If you are willing to check out more of his stuff, to get a general sense of his versatility I'd suggest "Stranger," "Ave Maria" (a new vocalise composition, not the Schubert version) and for something completely different, his latest MV, "When I've Got You," Dimash's own composition containing blues, R&B, jazz, rock, and gospel elements.

Dimash has a 7.7 octave range and can sing all kinds of genres and can reach all the different voices like baritone, tenor, soprano, coloratura soprano and even whiste tones 🎶 However his style is mixing the genres so you don't get a "clean" pop song from him but a little of everything ❤️ I love him and his music ❤You will get amazed no matter what song you listen to by him. He always sings from the heart and you can feel that ❤ Suggestions could be Sinful Passion ( Russian), Ikanaide (Japanese), Olimpico ( Italian) and Ave Maria (only vocals). Dimash is singing SOS by Luc Plamondons a French-Canadian lyricist which he wrote in collaboration with the French composer Michel Berger. The rock opera is called Starmania, and includes SOS about an “earthling" in distress. The national animal of Kazakhstan is the golden eagle . a symbol of independence, freedom and flight to the future .
