Good reaction!! Mafumafu is a very multifaceted singer and his songs too. I recommend Ototoikiyagare the bass sounds amazing on that song, and his voice sounds so cool too

Mafumafu is really one of the first big breakout utaite singers that has led the way for artists like Ado. Hes part of the early generation which is great imo cuz i think utaite style singers are the future of quality singing. More focus on the music less on the other noise.

Please please listen to Hunger by Mafumafu (the title is in japanese on youtube but if you search “mafumafu hunger”, the first recommended video from his channel will be the right one). It is one of his most underrated songs and shows off his vocal range so well. It is a very different song (in a good way, to me at least). It is supposed to sound like he is going insane over the course of it, so it will sound very frantic and all-over-the-place at times but I love it! (as a warning, be prepared for his singing to get VERY high-pitched. dont have your headphones up TOO loud lol)

The guitar, mixing, and obviously arrangement and lyrics is always done by him! (Sometimes, the guitar and mixing are done by other people). He also plays drums, bass, & piano! One of his other songs id check out with more screaming is “It’s okay to be unhappy all my life” :)
