*Take Me Down* was written by bassist Ale for their *Escape the Mind* EP. Also on the *Escape the Mind* EP. Dany wrote *Eternal Love.* Pau wrote both *Escape the Mind* & *Fade Away.* The band wrote *Free Falling.* Ale's bass tutor, Pablo Gonzalez, ask the band to write some songs separately so they go into the studio to get some experience. The Warning ended up releasing the EP & did a tour for it.

You can’t lose sight of the fact that these are kids at this point composing and performing live at this level! All the ingredients were already there to become the most dynamic power trio on the scene today!

This song is from their debut EP Scape the mind. The level was already high before their first album.

Don't quite remember what I was doing at 9 years old lol. Ale is pretty amazing on the bass at 9 though.

It has a bit of a punk vibe and defiantly something you would heard at CBGB back in the clubs prime. I think The Warning would have very much impressed The Romones, Blondie, Jon Jett and the rest,

I will have to check out what songs escape the mind had. I wonder why their management don't make them available to the record stores? I think that would generate more exposure and money for them? I did go to their webstore and bought all three records/albums. On discogs they are going for big bucks from people that are reselling them. I bought the records within a week if discovering the band. All that is left is to go see them live. On the mean time I am learning all I can about their Cinderella story if you want to call it that. They have great music in my opinion.🤘😃✌️

Wrote by an 9 years old Ale for a kind of homework given by her bass teacher pablo Gonzalez Sarre who ask them (dany, ale and pau) to write their own songs Dany wrote eternal love Pau escape the mid and fade away and the 3 togethe Free falling (the first one written together)

Wow, I've been in the rabbit hole for a few years now and I have never heard this one at all! Thank you for this reaction...although your green screen is freaky. BTW Dany is known for her ability to sing off beat of what she's playing and not many guitarist's can do that...very well! Also they do create their own extra parts tracking through the stems and the click.

They always seem to add a catchy riff or hook to their songs. This seems like a tough riff to play and sing because of the timing.

I was all about the live albums when I was getting into music. Both the Kiss live shows, Judas Priest - Unleashed In The East, Iron Maiden - Live After Death, Alice Cooper Show, the list goes on. I keep hoping The Warning would release Teatro in CD/DVD so I can hear it uncompressed.

Ramblings of a 64 year old who misses 70s rock: I read _Hunter_ is also an Ale song. But as we know, ascribing a song to one particular member of TW doesn't really work, they all participate in the process, Pau's ballads most likely being the exception. I think the handful of songs in their catalogue that are "Ale songs" have a distinct style as very basic rock songs, and oh man do I appreciate that. (is Ale a bit like the George Harrison of TW?) I would also speculate these rather wild riffs in their songs are primarily Dany's creative musings. Dany doesn't shy away from a challenge as far as her rhythm n riffs juggernaut and tbh not many guitarists are going to attempt playing a demanding riff someone else wrote while simultaneously singing lead. Many of their riffs are very six string guitar-centric. I think it's safe to say Dany is the primary riff chef of TW. My take on their newest songs _Hell You Call A Dream_ and _Sick:_ Ale is the primary author of _Sick_ (her classic rock stylings) while Dany is the primary author of _Hell You Call A Dream_ (Dany's dynamics wildness) Pau of course involved in the development of both songs. My guess as is often the case when one particular member of a band primarily carries the song writing over time, she may have come to the point of saying "c'mon guys, where's your stuff?", and as usual The Warning cumulatively deliver absolute brilliance.

I’m older than you 2. Live albums were the thing for me. Kiss and Rush had 2 live albums, although for both of those bands the first live ones were better than their second in my opinion. Deep Purple had Made in Japan, The Who live at Leeds, Ted Nudgent double live Gonzo. Lynard Skynard, Foghat Live, Bob Sieger also had 2. AC/DC had If you Want Blood. I can’t believe I am remembering these. I think Blue Oyster Cult had one also. That’s enough for now.

Sam! Did you get an x-ray? Take care bud! Great reaction. I'm constantly amazed by the stops that The Warning place in their compositions. They're so perfectly placed and resolved. Also, how fearless Dany is, often in moments where drums and bass fall off and Dany sings with just her guitar. They have no fear or a LOT of confidence and practice, practice, practice. Marry Christmas and Happy New Year Offset Era!

You have been misinformed, so let me straighten you out a bit. This song is not off of _XXI Century Blood_ (2017). It is Track 1 on _Escape The Mind_ (2015). It was written by Ale at age 9!

depends on how you count things... some of us count anything on vinyl as being "an album" even if there are only 6 songs on it instead of the normal dozen or more... i've pretty much taken to calling them "vinyls" or "records" specifically to eliminate that "is it an EP or is it an album" confusion mess...

@@WaldoKitty Somebody just told me it was on their first EP. So I am missing that one do they have a second EP? The EP is not available on their website, I am mainly interested in records. Another thing that I need to check out is to see if their records are available on regular record stores so I will be going to a few of my local stores to see if they carry their records. I would think they would but I don't know.
