I noticed that you b string is not seated correctly in its saddle in this video. Your problem maybe at the other end, the nut slot maybe compromised i.e. not properly cut or damaged. Usually if a guitar wont intonate properly its due to an improper nut slot. On a properly intonated guitar the bridge saddles should stagger in 2 sets of 3. E should be the longest, A little shorter and D shorter than A. G-e should mirror the first 3. Starting w the A and b strings they should measure right at 25.1/2" from the fingerboard side of the nut to the apex of the saddle. The D and e should be around 25 7/16ths and the E and G should be around 25 9/16ths. Judging by the same straight across pattern of both sets of 3, I would propose you may need to check the nut. If you want to be able to shorten the length of the D string then you can take the screw out, reverse the saddle (so it is the same way around as the G,B,E strings). It will give you a couple more MM of adjustment and you might be able to get the intonation right for the D.

Greetings, is this compatible with Gretsch G2215-P90 since it has 24.75 scale length.

Looking at pictures of the Gretsch I would say yes but I can't be 100% sure. I would suggest looking up the specs on the Gretsch. If it has a 52.5mm (2-1/16 inch) bridge then I would say yes. Actually this bridge is made for a LesPaul style guitar with a 24.75 scale length. Good Luck and Merry Christmas

can't find a definite info about the gretsch bridge spec. looking at other model of gretsh, they seem to have a wrap tailpiece with individual string intonation saddle like G5210-P90. @@gamer6550 Happy New Year.
