WOW! What a BEAUTIFUL rendition of "Christmas Truce." I'm sure the "Lost Generation" of WW1 Soldiers are looking down from the places they earned in Heaven with thanks for the Respect you've paid to them. Thank You to SABATON for bringing us such great stories though music. Thank You from an American for the WW1 & WW2 songs you've done for the USA. Its actually an old Swedish children's christmas song originally called Tomtarnas julnatt, (from 1898).

That melody is actually from a swedish christmas song called "Tomtarnas julnatt", but I agree, it sound really good both here and in A Chistmas Story!

Absolutely f'kin awesome! Not only is it a poignant song - the official video makes me weep every time. Not just for the cinematic quality (who needs Spielberg? ) but the overall production is stupendous. If this song doesn't get some rock award there's summat up!
