WOW ! never had heard this about the soas muscle. Brought me to tears immediately hearing you explain this Michael. Makes so much sense to me now. Explains why this muscle tightening down so much over the last several years. Tells me too,that no matter what I do physically to release the tightens ,nothing will truly help until I'm able to release the deep deep profound grief around my daughters & Grandchildren.

WOW ! so thrilled this popped up again today ! More insights ! That EROS feeling between a teacher & his students ! Love the way Susan describes & explains this ! Thats exactly what so many of us feel towards you Michael ❤ to ❤ Thank you Susan for teaching this ! I 🙏 many many young people especially hear & learn this. Feelings like this can be SO confusing to us humans. Especially so for children I think. Especially as Puberty happens. Life is confusing in so many ways. Blessings & Eternal gratitude to you both !
