Would love to see you ride a 165 or even a 175 and hear your comments and review of this track lengths in the deep powder
@4-milefarms8843 жыл бұрын
A 175 would be like riding a fence post, but it would climb better than anything
@vanbrudenrijden59323 жыл бұрын
@@4-milefarms884 I've heard variable options on the matter, probably due to terrain and snow type. Here in the Rockies, most guys are on 15X and 16X length sleds as our snow is light and low moisture content and terrain can get steep. Yes I've ridden with excellent riders on 14X length. Wheelies no, everyone says it's much more difficult even with a turbo. I've heard some riders say the 175 is like a 165 but better float and not much loss in maneuverability in deep powder. Hence my comment to see and hear the opinion of a rider like Matt, and I'd love to see him wheelie a 175 at top speed up the steeps and throw a re-entry on it. I think we all know it's unlikely to happen but it would make an interesting vblog episode and commentaery, even if he hated it. Just my opinion and probably some others

Little old video but, how did you have your 146 setup? My 146 Summit SP seems to trench like crazy, though last years snow conditions were just sugary as hell. Never got as much ski lift as I wanted. Swapped over some KYBs off a Freeride, and dropped the strap to the last hole. Stock clutching work for you? Clutching was next on my list.
