I live in U.S. but my family is from Puerto Rico and we have a similar rice dish just the spices we use in ours is a little different. We just call it Arroz con Pollo ( rice with chicken in Spanish language ). ✌❤

Salam Ukhti, no it wasn’t cooked . It was uncooked but I washed it with hot water and left it for about few minutes before adding it to the sauce. I hope that helps

Salam, thank you for your support and concern 🥰. yes I’ve deleted most of the videos because last month has been really hard for both me and my husband. we’re going through some rough changes etc personally. also my husband don’t want me uploading videos with his face or showing any of us. so I’m writing down some things that I can upload and continue without showing much of me or even him at all. All I can say is please pray for us and also EVILL EYE IS VERY REAL . but with Allah everything will be fine In Sha Allah.
