If you don't live in a Muslim country and u have health issues of course you can. Allah knows your intentions and he also sees what u do. So if you only go for yourself and your health, why not? Muslim women are not healthy because they eat to much and don't exercise at all.. so I would recommend everyone to work out. Home, outside or in the gym. If you don't trust it, go with your husband or try to find a lady only gym. Almost every country has one so do your research and may Allah guide you to good health. When u start training, you will see the benefits of it in few weeks.
