Hey Xander, My Boet and I have had four sessions in a row without catching what we wanted. From Betties Bay to Langebaan and two sessions at Macassar. But that is the way it goes. I always say it is 20% about catching the fish that you want to target and 80% being out there and enjoying mother nature. My wife is my wife, but the sea is my mistress! Lekker Bru.

Tbh it's still good to watch and the bait demos are very important, I also think people are quickly disappointed when they show up at a fishing spot and catch nothing and they dont realise how much time and effort it takes. This is very informative and realistic of what happens.

If you only post hookups and lands it would make us "normal" guys very despondent. We realise its called fishing and not catching for a reason. Some days the sea looks yummy and you go home blank...all part of the game. Every video you post is a learning experience for me so post away bud. Thanx for yet another awesome vid!!! Great video thank you...you just want to ask you a question about braid...I'm moving to a braid set up, as I have been fishing mono for a couple of years and need to change. I have 30lb. Braid main line, just want to know is a 130lb. Braid leader too thick for a leader? Using the setup to target edibles...blue fish and cracker. Thanks
