That’s a depressed area of Florida. Pumping that kind of money into a property in that area is a total waste! There is nothing there!

If you know nothing about Real Estate learn this when you’re the first one in the area your property grows value because it is inevitable for that area to grow at this moment between Ocala, Dunnellon citrus Springs, and surrounding areas the growth there is exponential
