I like the 1 Arce builds but this one is closer to the Golf. 🏃🏃...... Hurricane. I'll stay more central. You need to check out Onx Homes, Villa Pass community in Groveland, FL. They are offering full concrete homes. I don't know if they work with realtors.

Florida is a hot high crime state with expensive overpriced properties. It’s full. I sold a 3/2 with 4 acres in st.pete for 1.2mil I paid 38k for it in 99. lol it so overpriced now. I’m bought 3 properties in Tennessee Kentucky and west Virginia for what I sold a crappy house in Florida for. Be smart stay away from Florida. You could buy 100+acres in other states for what a home cost in Florida.
