I swear by the Vital Proteins as as well. I've used it for about 3 months and I notice a huge difference in my nails, joints and think I'm starting to notice my receding hairline filling in. I hadn't thought about my skin but now that you mention it, I do think my skin is better and I haven't made any skin care changes.

I am going to try a few products you have recommended. I LOVE City Lips, even though it is expensive, it works. My lips are no longer dry like they used to be and I’ve tried everything. My lips are much more plump and I do put it on when applying my makeup then can wipe off and put on my lipstick. I usually do apply the clear on top. The clear is my favorite!

Hi Laura for me retinoids have really worked for making my skin look smoother and plumper. I did use tretinin for a while, but my rosacea prone skin far prefers retinaldehyde tbh. I use it on alternate nights to my prescription azelaic acid. The retinaldehyde I use on my face and neck is the Geek and Gorgeous Agame 10 and I get great results from it. for my eyes I use the Avene physiolift eye (called something else in the US - retrinal range I believe as I'm in the UK), as it is one of the few eye products containing retinaldehyde also (retinaldehyde works far better for me than retinol). I do take a collagen supplement, but truthfully note far better results on hair and nails than I do on my skin. I use all my products for my face on my neck and chest and have always done so. I think that has helped my neck to remain looking a similar age to my face lol, rather than looking more wrinkled/saggy (thank you mum for telling me to do so right from my early teens). I always had fairly dry skin and eczema prone skin, but menopause made it look like tissue paper for a while. Retinoids started in my early forties has made a huge difference and my skin looks better at 49 (three years since my last period) than it did at 44. It is a constant struggle keeping it moisturised from scalp to toe post menopause though, as it's just so dry. I moisturise head to toe twice daily and use layers of products to do so. Those are my top two tips retinoids and moisture - over and above the obvious spf we all know to wear now everyday. Best wishes.

Love the Canmake SPF 50 lotion, and the Sukoyaka Suhada urea eye cream. I’ve been using both since Melissa recommended them. Thanks for recommending the Canmake eye shadow, I’ll check them out, and all of the other products seem to be working well for you ! Your skin looks beautiful ! I started using the Omnilux Red Light Therapy mask in May, and have noticed a change in my skin, and about a month ago started using the Good Molicules Discoloration Correcting Serum, and it is helping to fade the sun damage spots on my face and the backs of my hands. Not sure if you have that problem going on, but wanted to recommend it to you and your followers. Check it out at Ulta, and very reasonable price, $12. One more thing, I just started trying out is from the Oridinary, that Kimberly from Pretty over Fifty recommended, is the Argireline Solution 10%. Using it on my 11’s only, to see if it helps. For under $8, it’s worth a try. 🙂🙂

I just started the L’Oréal age Perfect line, bought the serum and eye cream last week, purchased the day and night yesterday. So far, love it, feels very high end. I’m loving the L’Oréal Lumi glotion as a primer or light coverage for no makeup days. I use the medium all over, then the light as a undereye/cheekbone highlight. If I’m going out, I’ll pounce on a light layer of my IT celebration foundation in the illumination version. I think it’s a beautiful finish.
