I have done pretty extensive research and theorycrafting for my ebike build. These are almost always worth it if your model or usecase doesn't completely prohibit it (prices are estimated): $15 phone mount $any fenders, just don't get a mudguard $60 rear rack and pannier bag(s) if it's not 100% a fun bike $25 a saddle bag for a bike multitool, wet wipes, rubber gloves or whatever else. Just stuff you want to have just in case. $15 a good kickstand $1 any type of bell $? a lock that fits your needs for ergonomic upgrades the following are great: a comfortable saddle sometimes a suspension seatpost a shorter stem, shorter handlebars or other things that affect your sitting positions nice grips with wide ends (like ergon ga3) if you put any weight on your hands

rear rack came with my lectric xp so the first thing I did was zip tie a milk crate to it so I could stop needing a backpack for everything I do lol
