Our 2023 HTC has no problem with wind noise and we can hear the performance exhaust with the Top either up or down by rolling down the rear window rain or shine. No engine mechanical noise, loss of trunk space with the top down, and no time spent cleaning the 2 rear windows and visible engine compartment on the coupe. Rather drive than clean.

I agree 100% on the benefits you mentioned and just to add to it I think the HTC looks very sharp and exotic with the roof down. The Coupe just looks so so with the roof off. And you cant beat the convenience of the HTC as well. But at the same time cost is one of the major factors for many (not all) to not go with the HTC.

Jay do a test with windows down. I rarely put windows up with top off.

Well guess what. , my 2LT was just delivered. . And I like this video and product. . Good info. But let me say. I have this beautiful rapid blue C8 in the garage. And I can’t even figure out how to program the garage door opener. The downside of having one delivered is just that. The rest is even more overwhelming for me. I did go around the block once and I hit a total 5 Miles on the odometer. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Neighbors are asking did I get it. 🤷‍♂️

Taking the roof off definitely changes the sound inside the cabin Obviously doesn’t actually change the sound from the exhaust but you hear it more raw and louder

Yes wind noise is inevitable in any roofless car But yes the convertible is better in this regard compared to the Coupe

She is the boss lol. We are old school where she would agree to anything I would "want" but our relation is built on respect both ways. She respects what I may want and I in turn do the same. She never actually has not allowed me to take the roof, its just that I don't because she doesn't prefer it due to her hair. That being said, you know the drill happy wife happy life 🤣And we both find happiness in respecting each other and their wishes.

I have owned 5 BMWs in the last 15 years, from a 328 to an X7 (which we still have). We have loved them all (well the 3 was a bit small). The 2024 Stingray 3LT is the first sports car in my 63 years of life, and a gift from my oldest son. The Corvette has always been, in my opinion, the best looking American production sports car made, and the new C8 is the cream of the crop.
