I have worked in a mining camp at 5000 meters above sea level and I can tell you that temperatures can even drop below 15ºC but being in these incredible places and being able to tell about your life experience is priceless. I hope one day to be able to climb Mount Fuji and have that experience in my life memories, thanks for your advice...

Cathy burns when expose to sun. Shes a vampire >_< On a seriius note, Cathy I suggest you also share how you prepare physically for the climb. For example, do you do any endurance training of some sort before climbing up.

Looks like you well prepared! It also helps you have done (attempted) the trip twice already so you know what to expect. I am however somewhat worried about the choise of your handgloves.... They don't look like the type that are wind&water proof and if they aren't i would say that they won't do you any good.... It being sunday, this information is somewhat useless to you lol. You must be on your way back down, i hope you made it to the top this time and had a great view aswel! Looking forward to the video about the trip itself :)

Canned oxygen??? I had no idea there was such a thing.

If you have not noticed, all oxygen tanks in hospitals are canned oxygen >_< This is just a smaller tank. I have seen a documentary on a city in Mexico where everyone have to carry their own personal tank of oxygen. It is required becoz the city is in the mountains.
