Here are three very cool and convenient motorcycles gadgets I just purchased. These would be great for every day personal use but would also make a great gift for a motorcycle or car enthusiast. All 3 items are below $100.
The first, and cheapest, is a digital tire pressure gauge from Husky which comes in right around $10. I bought this from my local hardware store. It features a digital tire pressure, flashlight, emergency light, seat belt cutter, and emergency window breaker. It is small enough to fit under the seat of my Ducati Monster 937.
Next is a small, portable, battery powered tire pump. This can be used with cars, motorcycles, sports balls, and inflatables. It is very easy to program and features an automatic shutoff. I purchased this for $79.99 from Amazon. shorturl.at/mnqrG
Last is my favorite gadget, an aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It was very easy to install and gives accurate tire pressure and temperature readings. This is great if you live in an area with big temperature fluctuations. It is also great if you enjoy off road and ADV riding, where debris can puncture your tire. This system was surprisingly cheap at $54.99, but seems to provide good results. shorturl.at/bkLRT

Thank You! I am looking at accessories for my 2023 Honda NC750X, on order. Tires are the most important things to address.

I agree, thank you for watching! The NC750X is a great bike, very versatile. Will yours have the DCT transmission?

Thank you for this video. Totally agreed on the air pump and a portable batt jumper for all motorcycle owners. Its a life saver. Surprised, you never brought that up too. In regards to the TPM, Fobo 2, I think, is best bet. All via an APP. It works fantastic. Never issues and great buy for $99.00.

Thanks for watching! I agree, a portable battery jumper is great and I have one for my car. The focus of this video was just tire accessories so I will be making more videos with other goodies in the future. The Fobo 2 looks cool, I will check it out!

I tend not to trust rechargeable pumps, coz they're always out of charge when you need them the most. LOL. Yeah, I know... nobody remembers to keep them fully charged at all times. So I keep a mini pump that runs off my Tiger's 12v socket. The thing sucks power, so I need to keep the engine running when I use it. And it gets really hot too!

Haha, you're right about remembering to keep them charged. 12V pumps are great and usually more powerful, but not every bike has a 12V socket and not every bike has enough room to store a larger pump. The Tiger is a great bike! I ride a 1200 Rally Pro and love how much storage space the luggage provides. These mini battery pumps are great for older bikes without a 12V and bikes with minimal storage space.

The TPMS looks like a great option, I'm ordering one for my iceberg white monster as well! This will be a good stocking stuffer! Oh and I purchased and installed the Rizoma Venice mirrors for my monster as well and they are next level compared to the stock ones that come on our bikes! Thanks for the great content and keeping us fellow Monster owners abreast on add-ons we can do to our bikes.

That's awesome, thanks so much for watching! This TPMS system was so inexpensive that I wasn't sure what to expect. So far with a limited sample size, the results have been great. Just be sure to follow all the directions in the box. A lot of low reviews are from users who have trouble pairing the unit, likely because they did not follow the steps. Glad you ended up buying the Veloce mirrors - they are SO much better than stock. So far with Ducati I've noticed that all the attention goes to the frame and engine with lower quality finishing on other components. Their mirrors are a perfect example.

So isn't 54°F too cold for tires???? Trackday tires get to 145+ so I guess if you take a nice curve you can slip and fall?😮
@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles
@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles 7 ай бұрын
Yes, that's correct! I was only riding for a few minutes to see the pressures so the tires did not have time to warm up. It was also cold outside that day.

@@Dr.MichaelsMotorcycles i'v used 2 different type of tpms on 2 different types of bikes over a 2 year period with slow and fast riding in over 85°F weather and in the rain and can say from that experiece that street tires for me don't get any hotter then 110°F,,,, the front usually never even gets to 100°F and the rear just over 105°F. So if you "trackday",,,,you know you need soft compound tires that get beyond 145° so that you can grip and take curves properly and the reason why I asked is because you see many idiots on the internet telling people to incline their bikes on curves with tires that are know where near the correct temp for proper grip,,,,,,,so when people listen and incline their bikes on curves it works for them until that unfotunate moment of the fall due to a tire not being at the correct temp for curves. If you begin to learn all the aspects of "trackday" for example tire warmers and how much they cost and what they do for the safty of your life you'll know what I mean and understand my concern.
