I always take forever with setting up for performances, it gets a little easier every time lol your set up is way more efficient! It looks great!

What is true is that the video edit make it look easier than it is. For example, just laying the rug down took 2 seconds in the video but in real life I had to move it around and then stump on the edges so it really took me a full 2 minutes or so... and like that everything takes a while so really it takes me about 40 minutes to set it all up 😴
