I swear paraglider mod is just entirely too much fun man. I spend way too much time just jumping off of random things just for the heck of it 😂. And the Well Placed enemies is a nightmare at times for me…..and I love it. Not knowing exactly where or how many enemies there are at a location is a pleasant surprise.

Finally started downloading modding after a VERY long time only been window shopping for mods. With a few hiccups got the Vortex setup and working. These looks great especially the third person mod as vanilla third person SUCKS. Mods I've downloaded are Convient Horses andAmazing Follower Tweak, those 2 are great also downloaded some better horse animation and sound, thou can't see if it had an effect as I hated how vanilla horses walked and gallopped it looked so wrong and the legs bent the wrong way. I am not a horse girl, but horses are lovely beings when you treat them with respect same with other animals you might have as pets.

@@kingchirpa Vortex is good. It’s for newer modders like me and @shieldmaidens who aren’t technical savvy and want their program to do everything right for them. I’m like most new PC players that come from consoles don’t have much time or experience to deal with the what if’s and what not’s of PC. So Vortex is the easiest way.

@@smoovejl I agree and would also say vortex is good for people who want to play with less than 50 mods and not have to worry about mod conflicts. Any youtubers you see here with heavily modded skyrim will unanimously be using MO2. MO2 sorta like the lego to vortex's duplo. It's functionally identical to vortex, but you can get a lot more out of it.

Thanks for letting me discover the the Better Third Person Selection mod, the one I really needed to know about. I play strictly in 3rd person, using 1st person exclusively for precise archery but was annoyed to switch back and forth when exploring and looting. This mod looks like the best I've seen so fa addressing such an issue. Watching all these new mods videos by the way really makes me wish to play Skyrim again occasionally just when I need to relax. Combat is definitely something I really need to play differently by the way, the one you're using looks cool... which one is that!??

I wish the paraglider worked on 1.6+ modpage says to drop the paraglider, save and exit the game, clear your entire nemesis cache, delete nemesis and reinstall it along with all your mods that require it just so it can work. Lot of mods needing updates right now.

maybe you made your dungeons to be so light for KZbin videos. But mine are dark. Really dark. The corridors in dungeons that lead to those _"dragon claw doors"_ are normally so dark, I can barely make the door out at the other end. _But then for me, it's immersive._ And a little scary too. Especially when going into new places or ones that I've forgotten what's about.

Tested on my HP Victus i7 12th gen + RTX 3050 at (60° to 75°C) pretty cool though. -(Meanwhile my old Dell integrated gpu would be burning at +95°C 😅 that's a laptop issue so ignore this part)- No issue's with default Dark souls animation pack. I would try to check with Nordic animation. Spid had no issues with deadly mutilation. 🤔 Although I want to try out that "Use those blanket" mods

I added so many modded enemies in my TESV that going out without a follower or 2 will kill you for sure. Mod req: SCAR (enemies can use combos) Wait Your Turn (mobs will circle, flank attack you) Ultimate Combat (enemy can dodge) Smart Enemy Potion (enemy will use those healing/poison pots) AGO (those archers will bleed you to death) Deadly Wenches Unlimited Hostile Encounter Enemy Variation OBIS and OBIS Patrol Amazons of Skyrim Mihail mods (adds lore friendly monsters) So you will have the reason to bring your voluptuous followers in the wilds

I myself am currently struggling to get different move sets working, and I just can’t seem to replicate the fluid experience I’m seeing in your game and other KZbinrs. If you cover specifics like controls for keyboard and mouse or controllers, that’s icing on the cake!

Hey, are you using Alternate Conversatiin Camera together with SmoothCam? If so, which version of AC? I've tried to use them together but I couldn't fore AC to move camera to the over-the-shoulder position during dialogue no matter how I tried - and couldn't find any mention of AC on your modlist linked here (perhaps cuz I'm on a mobile...?) Edit: Nevermind that, I found it on your modlist now that I've checked on PC! It's the Improved Alternate Conversation Camera. Ah sorry I didn't mention in the video it limits your skills to your player level. So for example if you're level 2 your skills can't go above 30 and so on

Doesn't Experience discourage exploring instead of encouraging it? In Skyrim most of your enemies levels scale from your level, this is why "builds" are even a thing. Character levels make your character weaker relative to your enemies, so with a narrow build you can keep your main skills high while keeping your character level as low as possible. With Experience mod you become weaker if you explore the world and stronger if you camp one place leveling your combat skills without getting character levels.

I've only messed around with Experience a little bit, so take my explanation with a grain of salt. Experience caps skills to prevent skill grinding at particularly low/mid levels. At level 1 a character can only raise a skill to 20 plus any racial bonuses to that skill and, by default, this skill cap raises by 2 each level (however both the starting cap and increase from level can be customized). So even if you decide to grind every single skill without completing any quests or clearing any areas, you'll still have mostly level 20 skills with zero perks. This also means that the powerful level 100 perks are completely unobtainable until you reach a minimum character level of 35 with a racial +10 to that skill or 45 without any bonuses. I do feel like this hamstrings a few particular builds, like a crafting-based reverse pickpocket poisoner or enchanter, but to me that's worth eliminating the temptation to use leveling exploits. However, for a player with the discipline to play the game as intended and avoid exploits the skill cap could be disabled to allow those super-specific playstyles. Experience works really well when paired with any mod that changes skill leveling. For example, with Static Skill Leveling the player gets a static number of skill points each level to put into different skills and passive skill leveling can be completely disabled (a la Fallout: New Vegas). Another option is Trainers Galore, which makes trainers the only method of leveling skills and adds way more of them. Anyway I'd recommend trying the mod out, even till level 15 or so. It's pretty interesting that such a fundamental change to the games core game loop can work at all. Happy modding!

hey fellow, just got back into modding skyrim and your videos are a good refresher. I'm having a problem with the paraglider. whenever i run Nemesis through MO2 it doesnt seem to be finding the files for the glider so that i can activate them in the engine. Ive downloaded all mods through MO2 including the glider. Do i have the gliderfiles in a folder that nemesis doesnt have access to or something like that? anyhelp would be nice.
