"One Tip for Transparency". That's what it's about. When you make a design for T-shirts you just keep creating till the end. To get different color combos we blend shapes togather using blending modes. In that process we ignore the backgrounds colors which makes possible. So now, your design has done you will try to put it on mockup or directly on t-shirt but of different color than your original background color. You will see that transparency will change the colors. And also t-shirt design process can't differentiate opaque & transparent. So it will print different from the design. That's why we need everything opaque. Independent from Background color. It's not everything about mockups. But this is the tip you should be aware of while making a mockup. Did you get my point here?

Yes. We do prepare for print while designing. BUT to achieve this *flattened transparency* we must destruct all the non-destructive items. That's not I recommend to do while design is not fully done. Anyway, technique doesn't matter if you working differently BUT comfortably. So you can stick to your method if it's giving fun right? Good Luck bro 👍 🙂

@@vectorslategraphicdesigntu8991 PS in CC 2018 you need to keep "Keep Transparency" unchecked. Otherwise it wont do anything. If you preserve transparency, it will keep the transparency, that is not what you want. You want an opaque color, therefor it needs to be UNCHECKED. Atleast thats how it works for me in CC 2018

I noticed now aswelll that it depend what color you are using. If you use white nothing happens. If you use a color than it does dive the mesh like in the video. YET there is not transparency, which actually makes that checkbox weird??? Because it states something which it does NOT do.
