Sad for us and l think it’s embarrassing… the world is looking at us stunned that we would choose non democracy. These ppl are absurd, they think they are so morally superior that they would allow or hand over all of our rights to Trump & the GOP. Nikki Haley just went and signed her name on a bomb in Israel with a message to “Finish them” and these ppl are confused at the difference between Trump & Biden? Its not even sad ,it went to all out disgusting for the fact this woman thought she was showing Karen her wisdom by saying she been an educator for 30years. I wont be mean or disrespect the sister, I'll just say this and I hope she finds these comments. The Brain is a muscle and like any muscle its as strong as you exercise it. When you teach you also learn, due lesson planning or even challenging questions from who you teach such as "Why". So get 30 more years, keep building that muscle. In the hospitals the quickest instance doctors pull the plug on a coma induced patient is when the brain has no function (brain dead). We learn and process thought until we die, so keep asking why and keep learning.

Mama had a terminology for this "educator" you were conversing with, Karen. She deemed them "educated fools." And that's exactly what this "educator" is. I was just as flabbergasted as you was, with her. I was in Dollar General, the other week. I got "engaged" in a conversation with a sister about the upcoming election. She stated that she was "leaning" towards Trump, because he "gave" those stimulus checks. After slightly admonishing her for her "not knowing," I told her that the Democrats passed that bill, that Donny boy signed. "I didn't know that!" she exclaimed. Therein lies the problem! Ignorance has a "stronghold" on our community! I just can't fathom, how any black person could even "entertain the thought," for voting for Trump! So, paraphrasing myself, it has to be that ginormous elephant in the room! Self loathing and ignorance! But, as maddening as the situation is, I will keep trying to enlighten our "in the dark" people!

I've met ALOT of educated people who have no understanding of how government actually works. They, at best, have a surface level understanding of things and are very stubborn in their opinion about what the federal government can do - despite the fact that the feds have no jurisdiction in that area. Hi Karen, I listened intently to Urban View yesterday. As it relates to several callers, It was/is alarming to me that the "vagueness" of having direct responses to your inquiries by a few callers reveals a highly serious lack of essentially having the ability to communicate directly and fully explain their position; their exact point. It was frustrating and at the same time very, very sad to hear. The discussions left me somewhat anxious when thinking about our overall "state" of Being. Our ability or inability to stop, and truly think things through with intentionality; gaining the necessary understanding and logic of communication exchange. God Bless- ❤
