This is beautiful! Who does the $7 go to? Rios in PR are public (free) spaces. Is it for parking?

No It was a $7 fee for a person, but there is a nice 20 minutes trail-way which takes you down to the waterfalls, and It’s worth it. Just be careful it is very slippery.

I work for a tour company here and yes the payment is to the property owner with a nice entrance. It is for parking and access on their property but of course you can walk up the river from the road too and that is free but it’s quite a steep hill.
