Can't do it with an Ex Order, The Constitution states that Justices "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour." This means that the Justices hold office as long as they choose and can only be removed from office by impeachment. Has a Justice ever been impeached? The only Justice to be impeached was Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1805.

In Australia we don't have a constitution and the Supreme court enforces law it doesn't make it or change it. Another way to bring it up: Continue the trials and ignore the supreme court rulings. The constitution supersedes any laws or interpretations. Law enforcement has a duty to ignore unlawful orders.

I wonder just how many Americans could tell you what any of those cases were about. Probably and sadly, not very many could tell you anything about any Supreme Court cases. The Supreme Court doesn't do anything with votes. They are installed through Congress. They just put themselves above Kings and Presidents. Their job is to interpret the Constitution and not make new laws. It's Congress that legislate legislation that becomes law after both the Senate and the House agrees and is then signed by the President.

The Supreme Court does not MAKE the laws but they do review them, and in this case Trump's team has challenged the Constitution which are the laws of the land.
