True story for all, my uncle started memorizing Quran at the age of 39 he recently completed his hifdz a year ago at the age of 62. He made the intention in 1979 to do a line a day minimum, people laughed at him but he stayed in his lane and done his thing lol. Ustadh is right 100% set your goals even if very small, you WILL get their in the end if your sincere to Allaah.

Asalamu Alaykum. Does anyone know how to deal with anxiety attacks and chest pains ? I don’t understand what’s going on with my body.

Consult your physician of course, doubt you'll find something beneficial here in KZbin's comment section.

Walaykum Alaykum, Anxiety is a big topic and takes a while to heal and recover from so the first thing is to understand that it will take time to free yourself from it. I'd recommend reading Don't Be Sad by Aid Al-Qarni. It shows you Islamic proofs for why there is no need to be anxious or sad or panicked. Also read and listen to the quran and do dikhr. Verily in the rememberamce of Allah to the hearts find peace. That's to help you change your mindset. Then I would recommend doing some breathing exercises and meditation everyday. This will help relax your body and mind. Journaling about how you're feeling and what triggers your anxiety will help you to understand where your anxiety comes from and will help you figure out what you need to do to deal with your specific anxieties. And furthermore ashwaganda is known to help with anxiety so you can add that to your diet. These are only a few things you can do. The mains steps to it are changing your mindset, your physical health and your diet. May Allah give you the strength to overcome your anxiety and stress and deal with it better Ameen.

There are Duas you can read in Hisnul Muslim book, a small book full of duas from Qur'aan and Sunnah, in English it's called The fortress of a Muslim. Make dua as well. May Allah give you shifaa. Also, know that whatever is written will occur and what's not won't.
