Huh, I've been running into your shorts this entire time and I didn't know that you were local. And by local I mean you even live in the same neighbourhood😂Seconding Wang's Shanghai Cuisine, for standard restaurants I'd also recommend Joojak down the street - unassuming front but they have great Xi'an cuisine and their chili oil....mm. For budget eats, New Town Bakery in Chinatown has some amazing steamed buns. Bao Bakery is also in the Joyce-Collingwood area and sells similar stuff (owned by the son of New Town's owner?) but their steamed buns taste different, can't describe it. Looking forward to more Vancouver eats videos.

100% team dip the Xiao Long Bao in the vinegar/soy sauce, put on the spoon, open a little to let the soup drip and eat it xD. Like the mighty din tai fung instructions haha
