That dish is called Bo Ne , it’s a traditional sizzling steak dish, I’ve had some when I visited Vietnam they are everywhere. The words Bo Ne literally translate to Ducking Beef, because when the plate comes out, the oils should be splashing so you gotta duck before eating 😂

Hi Tim, it's been a long time since I used to message you. I'm not sure if you will remember me but I supported you at the beginning of your KZbin story. I'm so happy that you have become so successful. It's been a crazy year for us all. I hope that you and your family are doing well. I'm lucky to live in New Zealand as we at this point in time have very few covid patients. I've not been on KZbin alot this year because my Mum was diagnosed with stage four cancer. She passed peacefully with my Dad, myself, my sister (who lives in England), son in law and two grandchildren around her on boxing day this year. I'm looking forward to watching all your amazing videos. I felt that you would be successful and I admire your talent and pure heart. Take care. Xx

A very warm greetings to you Amy! Very happy to hear from you and there's not many days that go by that I don't wonder about how you are doing. Sad to hear the news of you mother's passing but it sounded to be peaceful with family. Just with the current situation with the virus, it's been tough for all but we're all coping and happy to hear of the very low cases in New Zealand and Australia. Very much enjoying the KZbin channel and very grateful to be able to connect with everyone. It is a real joy to interact with everyone here as it's a nice way to offset the daily pressures and stresses of work and daily life in general :-) Thank you so much for your friendship (and support), and I'm still astonished at the great connections that can be made half way around the world.
