In our last Saigon street food vlog, local tour guide, Happy introduces me to the Hu Tieu Nam Vang, a dry noodle broth that draws its influences from Khmer, Cantonese and Vietnamese culinary styles. However, it was the Com Tam, a simple peasant dish of broken rice, at our next stop in this trail that stole my heart and taste buds. Hope you’ve enjoyed our Saigon Ho Chi Minh City food tour. Do save these suggestions for your trip there, happy eating!
