Good morning dear Kripal - Wow you travelled to Saigon . Have been there quite a few times on business trips. Hello to Felix 👍 29 $ for a 4 hour ride including food service is a steal 👍👍 Typical bowl of beef bowl with Rice noodles , meat ball and crab bowl . Good condiments with a plate of fresh veggies, chilli mixture and Nam prik . Agree it’s always better to have a guide . Yes the fresh veggie condiments is a part of the SEA culture. Glad you enjoyed the Bún bò Huế 👍 Most Vietnamese are heavy smokers and that’s why they enjoy the Coffee with a cig . Just wait on a weekday post office one would see a sea or two wheelers on the road . The Banuk dish along with the Baloney seems simple but quite flavourful as per your review . I love fresh Sugarcane juice any day 👍 Agree they love and relish the food and they are more happier if the guests enjoy it even more 👍 The Banh Mi sandwich is good 👍 Yes that chilli amps up the flavour 😀 You could have gone with the condiments along with the Banh mi . So sweet of Felix to have made the roll for you 👍 looks like you thoroughly enjoyed this dish 👍 Awesome job dear Kripal for making the complex roll yourself 💯💯💯 Now time to end the meals with the Flan Cake along with coconut milk and coffee . Thank you, Navneeth, vegetarian street food is a bit hard to come by in Vietnam, especially when it comes to savoury dishes. desserts, etc., you can find, some interesting coffees, fruits, shakes etc. too. In some foods, like a banh mi, one can ask the vendors to customise and not add any non veg components perhaps. It would be a bit easier if one consumes eggs at least. This, I am speaking purely from a street food perspective.

@@KripalAmannaVlogs I do consume eggs, planning to visit Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos in the coming years. Thanks for the tip will keep this as an option. Rice paper with some greens and egg seems interesting though I am always worried of the use of fish sauce (I personally do not like them).
