Alice Springs Chicken:
Ingredients
-2 Chicken Breasts filet into 4 thin pieces
-As much bacon as you like
-6oz Colby Jack Shredded
-8oz Mushrooms sliced
-2T Butter
-Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
-Top w Green Onions(optional)
Honey Mustard
-1/2 C Mayo
-1/4 C Honey
-2 T Dijon Mustard
-2 T yellow mustard
-1/2 tsp Garlic paste
-1/2 tsp horseradish

Looks delicious😊 a good BBQ variation is to wrap the chicken in bacon, place the chicken on slices of red onion in a roasting pan. Top with fresh jalapeño slices, pineapple rings, then smother in BBQ sauce and bake. The sweet/salty/smokey/spicy flavor is unreal.

I LOVE downtown Greenville, SC! My daughter went to Anderson College not far from there. The park with the waterfall is STUN-NING!!! The video does not do it justice. Even when I had a cheapo phone camera, the pictures turned out gorgeous every time! Absolutely breathtaking little place, don't miss it.

I made the chicken dish tonight! I love Alice Springs chicken. I didn't have any dijon so I didn't try the homeade dressing, but did have a honey french's mustard/dijon dressing. I'm sure not as good as yours but it was a good first try. :)

At home Alice Springs Chicken is so delicious and so easy to make! We have it on our rotation. Y’all try it with cubed chicken AND cubed potatoes! Add the goodies on top and oven heat through/marry melt it in the pan. Yum, y’all! Plus, it’s just ONE pan too! ❤

Love ur videos...also NC girl...similar dating/marriage story to urs, as well as our ages. Been vacationing in N Myrtle since I was a kid...same stomping grounds...hamburger Joe's, etc...
