OUR TOP 5 FAVORITE RECIPES | WHAT'S FOR DINNER | EASY DINNER IDEAS | BEST OF | JESSICA O'DONOHUE
You asked for it! Today we are sharing our top 5 favorite recipes! These are the best easy dinner ideas and you and your family are going to love them!
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Casserole:kzbin.info?even...

Creamy Gorgonzola Pasta: Thank you Kathryn for sending this in!
-At least a 6 oz container of crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese . A “wedge” of Gorgonzola would work too...usually when I go to Trader Joe’s or Aldi I’ll just get the wedge
-3/4 cup of Parmesan (usually just use shredded)
-carton of whipping cream (10 oz)
-1/2 stick butter/margarine (or can substitute nice splash of preferred oil)
-at least 2 tablespoons of garlic (it makes a difference BUT can add more or less)
-a “bunch” of asparagus - chopped in about inch sized pieces
-salt and pepper to taste
-diced tomatoes for topping if you like
-whatever protein you want for topping!
-1 box of penne pasta (save some pasta water!)
Instructions
-cook pasta per usual, saving some pasta water
-Pan sear steak or chicken in a large deep pan. Season meat to your preference
-Once protein is done cooking...take out and let rest
-add 1/2 stick butter (or oil) and asparagus and sauté
-When asparagus gets a nice color on it throw in garlic and continue to sauté till garlic is fragrant
-Add in 3/4 carton of heavy whipping cream
-crumble in Gorgonzola and Parmesan
-stir frequently and let everything come together
-at this point you can add more whipping cream or pasta water to the sauce to your liking. I usually end up using all of the whipping cream and maybe a heavy splash of pasta water. Sauce will thicken if you let it stand
-Season with salt and pepper to taste
-add in pasta and stir to combine everything
-At this point you can cut up protein and add on top after serving OR toss it in the sauce with everything
-top with diced tomatoes and Parmesan

I absolutely agree, 100%! Watching The “Bunkeys” as well as Mandy & Steven just make my heart happy! They are all such great, down to earth people, every episode is filled with so much fun, love for the food they prepare AND one another (including Sweet Gracie Lou & Cole, when watching Mandy), and a never ending supply of laughter! How can you not smile while watching either of the 2 families, they are just full of everything that makes a happy home & family. They love experiencing new ideas and foods together, always trying new things and even if things don’t turn out picture perfect, they’re still laughing and having an incredible time (rarely does anything NOT look wonderfully PERFECT though! lol ❤). I’m so grateful to have found these two families, they enrich my life, not only by giving me plenty of wonderful recipes and food ideas, but by reminding me that there are other families out there who are happy, in love and who enjoy cooking together and spending their precious time together in the kitchen helping one another and enriching their lives with an activity that many, if not most people find mundane, boring or as a dreaded chore. I honestly don’t know of any one in my own personal life who actually spends time in the kitchen with their spouse/partner, cooking, trying new ideas or even just spending that time together while one or the other is cooking, etc., no wonder most consider it a dreaded task… Thank you guys for being so incredible and adding so much happiness to our home!❤

For the chicken recipe, you could use Thanksgiving leftovers. You can use turkey instead of chicken. And, you could use the leftover dressing, just add the cheese.

@@casandra750girl yes 🙌 blue cheese on a filet mignon is sooooo good and the best part is I am not a fan of blue cheese unless it’s topped on a steak lol SC born and raised!!!!! My dad liked his steak well done yuk it was like chewing shoe leather lol but I like mine medium rare!!!! So much more tender and flavor!!! RIP dad he passed in July of this year and I cry every day he was my favorite person 😢 it sucks so bad. Excuse my language 😢😢😢

For the crunch wraps we put refried beans below ground beef and use crunched up doritos instead of tostadas. They are way better homemade.

Not sure where you all are located,but if you live where there is an Aldi grocery store, they sell the shave beef that is perfect for Philly cheese steaks! Being from Philly, we do them differently here. Cook your steak, and you can certainly do it on the black stone. Now the major difference. Philly cheese strands are made with cheese sauce, not typically sliced cheese. You can add grilled onion and peppers as well! I use the conceso cheese sauce to give the sandwiches a little extra kick. YUM YUm!!

Should try adding everything bagel seasoning to the outside of the bread. For the spinach and artichoke recipe. I slather soft butter all over the bread. Totally coat with the seasoning and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Then cut in half and continue with your recipe. Definitely takes the bread to the next level.

Hi my husband makes these on his blackstone. Next time add a crunch tostado shell on with your sour cream and quacamole then put your small flour tortilla on top. We use french onion dip instead of sour cream that adds a whole diffrent kind of flavors. Also we put tavo bell refried beans too. 😋 yummy!!
