What I really love and appreciate about BBQ is that it's really one of the only eateries where they offer a taste before you purchase! BBQ places are often super friendly and Ruben at Bark BBQ is no exception! What a personable guy. John, I have an idea for a video: Go to Union Square farmers market, and sample some of the offerings but then also interview a lot of the vendors, a lot of them have really interesting stories and supply lots of different restaurants. could also highlight how it’s basically the most famous farmers market.

the Send Noods (thai peanut) at Lucky Rabbit are delicious. it’s a very tiny place but there are some seats outside or can get it to go and eat in the park. Lucky Rabbit also has a lot of vegan options. the chili sauce is extra spicy.

HI Jon, this is Aslam from Dubai, I visited New York a month ago in April, I would like to begin with a BIG THANK You to you, because just by watching your various videos especially about this city, I was able to plan, execute and truly enjoy to the utmost my stay in New York right right from our arrival at JFK, taking uber to our hotel at Times Square, visiting Central Park, Statue of Liberty, 9/11 memorial and museum, Summit one observation deck, Grand Central Station, taking subway train to Yankees Stadium and watching the game between the Yankees and Miami Marlins on a very special day (Solar Eclipse), visiting Dumbo, saving ourselves from getting Scammed in Times Square, business district, Staten island and much more. I could have done a lot more in our 5 night stay in the city but was restricted due to my Fasting in the holy month of Ramadan and family (wife & 2 kids). On our visit to Dumbo pebble beach, we accidentally found out about Lucky Rabbit, one of the visitors to the beach was having the noodles, as my daughter is very fond of Chinese food and as a curious tourist, we asked them where we can get the same and they happily guided us to this place. The staff at the counter was very friendly and the food was just amazing and very different from run of the mill Asian recipes, really enjoyed it. Me and my family were thrilled to see you visit the same spot, I wish we could have met you personally. Please keep up the good work and wishing you the best for your endeavors, GOOD LUCK 👍

When I visited home in April of this year, I had some of Dominican BBQ. It was amazing but the time out market is expensive! I was with 7 people. We must have spent over 200 dollars just on lunch! Crazy.

The best pizza I've had in my life was from a DUMBO joint - Juliana's on Old Fulton Street, practically underneath the Brooklyn Bridge. DELICIOUS. Christ, I miss NYC.
