I made these last week and they were so bomb! Way better at home and vegan. I'd love to see a Veganized Broccoli Cheddar soup like Panera's. I used to get that soup in a bread bowl.

This looks so good. I am going to try it. One of the last things I gave up before I went vegan was McD’s fish sandwich w/o cheese. I just tried vegan chicken for the first time and liked it. I made my version of the bean crunch wrap. Onions garlic and tomatoes are not my friends. It wasn’t quite the same. 😮 Tomorrow I’ll add a pinch of taco seasoning to the beans, and cook it less. The tostada wasn’t crunchy 😊

We are using Gardein crumbles which we can find at most grocers. Morningstar would be another brand of frozen crumbles. can also use a "ground beef" sub like Beyond, Lightlife etc depending on what stores you have near you
