These are amazing, to me personally they are my favorite vintage elevator fixtures. Used to have tons of these in the Twin Cities area and over the past 10 years I don’t know of any left in the state.

This is the ONLY known remaining installation in the WORLD (with the white pop-out buttons specifically). There are likely some others hiding somewhere, but I am willing to say these fixtures are probably near-extinct.
