The great news about this is that if you're already an Unreal Marketplace trader (ie. you've already gone through the process of giving Epic your corporate tax stuff and you're all sorted with a bank account etc) you can use that same stuff. I just signed up for the fortnite creator.. thing, and it said "use existing record?" and then it was just a few clicks. :-) But as you said in the video, this might just be for U.S. citizens and U.S. people, I'm not sure.

Thanks a lot for sharing! Helpful cause it is a complicated process. I m from France and it took me less than 24h to get the hyperwallet approval. Now I am asking the code for Marvellous Designer.....we'll see.....

I finally got the Fortnite Creator enrollment done, and requested an MD key before the deadline. I hope I will get one, but it sounds as though they either have a huge delay in sending them out, or were "first come, first served" (several have been waiting since early July) and just didn't tell anyone.

I've been developing in UE for over a year. So account definitely more than 30 days old but because I'm on vacation I haven't logged in for the last seven days to the Unreal Editor or UEFN. So I can't do this in time. This kind of stupidity is how you loose developers as apparently we aren't allowed to go on vacation!

It says I can't enroll because it says I need to be using UE or UEFN for 7 of the past 30 days. So that will add more time for people who don't use it all the time.

It’s all quite vague about licensing - ie. I’m worried they will eventually say “oh you only can use Marvelous Designer with this offer for uefn content, otherwise the stuff you make isn’t licensed”. 😂

I doubt they can do that as you cannot get clothing straight into UEFN without running it in UE first.

Ah. I've drifted away from 3d and got into AI. Theres a few creators who are trying to combine the 2. A european guy pushing the boundaries in blender using comfy UI and veefy.
